Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive a treatment if you’re unable to come in and see me physically. The great advantage to this, is that you can remain in the comfort of your own home during the session. Reiki is energy that knows no bounds, so can be sent instantly to the recipient. Preferably you would lie down and relax at an appointed time and open yourself up to receiving the positive energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. You book an appointment through the online system as you would a physical Reiki. I will then contact you direct and request a photograph of yourself (this will be deleted after completion) At the appointed time, you lie or sit somewhere comfortable where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session (approximately 45 minutes) I will then tap in to your energy system and complete a full Reiki Healing session as I would if you were lying on my therapy bed. Once the session is complete, I will either call or email you with my experience and insight as to what came up during your session. You are welcome to share your experience with me.
