Service Description

When a Client comes for a Reiki session, I like to finish it by explaining what blockages or imbalances I found in their energy system and give advice on how to overcome certain aspects. However, 5 or 10 minutes isn’t always enough if you really want to dig deep and are ready to make significant changes so that you can create the life you dream of. This is the reason why I have created Therapy and Coaching Packages to give clients that extra time to really dig deep and establish what holds them back. We will then go on to use various tools and strategies to not only heal the emotional wounds of the past but an opportunity to re-write the story for the future. So if something seems to have held you back for most of your life, whether that’s never really fulfilling your potential, suffering low self-esteem, or attracting toxic relationship, then these packages are perfect for you. In this session, you will receive a Chakra assessment to establish your blockages, followed by a Reiki Healing (remote or in person) to cleanse and clear your energetic body (1 hour) We will then go on to discuss any issues, self-limiting beliefs or blockages that hold you back (30 minutes) next we will create strategies, set goals and create a plan going forward. (30 minutes) You will then receive an email with the agreed plan of action with steps to help you on your way.
